While it can be incredibly tempting to snuggle up and stay in your PJ’s until the winter is over, it can affect your Fitness Lifestyle.

Routine Switch Up
You must by now have a routine of when you workout that may have worked all summer, but making some amendments can really help on those days where you want to skip leg day. This can be done by shifting your morning run to a different hour. Why not squeeze in a mini-weekend workout for any workouts that have been cut shorter during the week. It’s definitely worth switching it up!
More Work, Less Time
You can spend less time working out and still get the results. You can attain more for less with a High Intensity Interval Training (HITT) session. Making more use of the time you are working out can make leaving to go to the gym less of a timely obligation.
Give & Get
Why not give a home workout a go and get some equipment that’s easy to store & use at home. Introducing a home workout can provide an alternative for the gym and requires less money. This is one workout session that an uncontrollable factor like the weather can’t deteriorate you from your goals. All you need to do is slip into your Fitness Wear!
Nesting The Nutrition
As it gets colder the body leans more towards warmer foods & drinks. You can start by switching the salads to soups & the green juices for hot drinks with sugar-free sweetened syrups, for example, sugar-free caramel syrup; so you don’t feel you’re missing out on the festive drinks. As you may find yourself spending less time working out you have more time for meal prep. Making big batches of soups & feel-good healthy hearty meals.
