1Scope of Service

Piyax Finance ("Platform") is an information platform providing users with real-time and delayed data, news, and analysis tools related to financial markets.

The platform covers the following services:

• Price data for BIST, crypto, forex, and commodity markets
• Customizable watchlists and price alerts
• Financial news and market analysis
• REST API access for premium members

2Membership & Account

To register on the platform, you must accept the following conditions:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true and accurate information during registration.
• Single Account: Each user may open only one account.
• Account Security: It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential and to be responsible for all activity on your account.

If you notice unauthorized use of your account, immediately notify info@piyax.com. Piyax Finance cannot be held responsible for unauthorized transactions occurring before such notification.

Piyax Finance reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

3Subscription Plans & Payment

The platform offers three different plans:

Payments are processed securely through Iyzico. Subscriptions renew automatically; you will be charged unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Prices are listed in Turkish Lira (₺) inclusive of taxes. Piyax Finance reserves the right to change prices with prior notice; your current subscription period will not be affected.

4Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account panel (My Account → Overview → Cancel Subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access through that period.

Refunds:

• Monthly plans are non-refundable after the charge is processed.
• Annual plans may request a full refund within the first 14 days.
• Full refunds are issued if you were overcharged due to a technical error.
• For refund requests, email info@piyax.com; responses are provided within 5 business days.

5Prohibited Uses

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Piyax Finance platform:

• Copying, distributing, or selling platform content, data, or code without permission
• Overloading the system with bots, scrapers, or automated tools
• Sharing or commercializing your API key with third parties
• Using the platform in a manner that harms others or violates applicable law
• Transferring or selling your account to another person
• Attempting to bypass platform security (SQL injection, XSS, DDoS, etc.)
• Using the Piyax Finance brand or logo without authorization

Violations of these rules may result in immediate and permanent account closure and legal action where applicable.

6Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, software code, and data structures on the platform belong to Piyax Finance or licensed third parties and are protected by copyright law.

Linking to and quoting content for personal, non-commercial use is permitted, provided that:

• The source is credited: "Source: piyax.com"
• Content may not be altered or used in a misleading context
• Written permission must be obtained in advance for commercial use

7API Terms of Use

Premium plan members have the right to obtain and use a personal REST API key. The following rules apply:

• Rate Limit: Maximum 60 requests per minute. Exceeded requests are rejected with a 429 error.
• No Sharing: Your API key is personal; it may not be shared with or sold to third parties.
• Permitted Use: The API may only be used for personal and internal applications; a separate license is required for publicly available commercial products.
• Data Caching: Caching API data for up to 60 seconds is permitted.
• Violation: API keys may be revoked without prior notice for rule violations.

8Disclaimer

Data on the platform is compiled from various sources and no guarantee of accuracy or currency is provided. Data delays may occur.

Piyax Finance cannot be held responsible for:

• Losses resulting from investment decisions made based on platform data
• Damages caused by data delays or inaccurate data
• Issues with third-party services (Iyzico, hosting, etc.)
• Force majeure events (natural disaster, cyberattack, infrastructure outage, etc.)

The platform is provided "as-is". No warranties of fitness for any particular purpose are given.

9Service Interruptions & Availability

Piyax Finance does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. The following may occur:

• Planned Maintenance: Announced in advance; scheduled during off-peak hours where possible.
• Unexpected Outages: Brief outages may occur due to technical failures or infrastructure issues.
• Data Source Issues: Delays may occur from stock exchange or crypto data providers.

In case of prolonged outages, affected members may be offered appropriate compensation or time extension.

10Changes to Terms

Piyax Finance reserves the right to modify these terms of service with prior notice. Changes are announced through:

• The update date at the top of this page is changed.
• Registered members may receive an email notification.
• An informational message may be shown upon account login.

Continuing to use the platform after the change date means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept the terms, you have the right to delete your account.

11Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms of service are interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

For any disputes arising from these terms, the Courts of Turkey (primarily Istanbul Courts) shall have jurisdiction.

For consumer disputes, Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are also competent authorities.
